Hi,
On your device, go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table. Press the menu key and select Register Now. Then, pull the battery and allow your device to restart. Let me know if that helps.

Ok,
Now try to resend your service books. Go to Email settings>Press the menu key and select Service Books and select Send Service Books. See if that gets you going.

Hi,
If you click on Setup Wizard, one of the subheadings in there is Email Setup. Try that...

I click on that and it says: Select an email setup option. I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server. and nothing else. If i click next it says"Has your Blackberry Enterprise Server administrator provided you with an Enterprise Activation Password?" I click yes and then next and put in my yahoo email and password and click activate and then it says" Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable."

Hi,
Is the Yahoo email account you have a work email address? If it is not, then you will have to create a personal email account.

Hi,
I would recommend taking your Blackberry to one of the Verizon stores so that they might figure out why you can not get internet or set up an email account. Sorry I could not help you.

I have provided some information below that may help in retrieving your web browser.
Step 1 - Ensure the icon is not hidden. (follow the instructions below to show all)
-Press the menu key (the one with the blackberry dots)
-Press menu once again
-On the submenu, select show all (If present)
Step 2 - Ensure you have a data connection and ample signal strength.
-Check the 3G indicator on the upper right hand corner of the screen (it should have four dots to the left of the 3G symbol)
-Ensure you have signal (3 bars or better) **If not, try relocating until you get a better signal and continue to step 3
Step 3 - Try to complete another activation
-Dial *228 and press send
-Once the option is present, press option 1
Step 4 - Sent another registration message ( I understand you had tried this once before)
-Ensure you have a data connection ( 3G with four dots) and ample signal.
-Press Menu
-Select the Options icon
-Select Host Routing Table
-Press Menu
-Select Register now.
Step 5 - Complete a soft reset
-Pull the battery out of the back of the device (whether it is off or on beforehand does not matter)
-Wait 20-30 seconds and place the battery back in (the device should power itself back on)
***A fair number of Blackberry issues can be solved by a soft reset.
I hope this helps.
