Hi,

I would recommend taking your Blackberry to one of the Verizon stores so that they might figure out why you can not get internet or set up an email account.  Sorry I could not help you.

I have provided some information below that may help in retrieving your web browser.

Step 1 - Ensure the icon is not hidden. (follow the instructions below to show all)
-Press the menu key (the one with the blackberry dots)
-Press menu once again
-On the submenu, select show all (If present)

Step 2 - Ensure you have a data connection and ample signal strength.
-Check the 3G indicator on the upper right hand corner of the screen (it should have four dots to the left of the 3G symbol)

-Ensure you have signal (3 bars or better) **If not, try relocating until you get a better signal and continue to step 3

Step 3 - Try to complete another activation
-Dial *228 and press send
-Once the option is present, press option 1

Step 4 -  Sent another registration message ( I understand you had tried this once before)
-Ensure you have a data connection ( 3G with four dots) and ample signal.
-Press Menu
-Select the Options icon
-Select Host Routing Table
-Press Menu
-Select Register now.

Step 5 - Complete a soft reset
-Pull the battery out of the back of the device (whether it is off or on beforehand does not matter)
-Wait 20-30 seconds and place the battery back in (the device should power itself back on)

***A fair number of Blackberry issues can be solved by a soft reset.

I hope this helps.
