No internet, Facebook, or email on Blackberry Bold 9650

I am on the monthly prepaid plan with my phone and I have the unlimited data plan, but I am not able to connect to the internet, Facebook, or my email.  Whenever I go to email set up, I get "Your device had a problem connecting to te server". I have registered the phone and reset it a few times and still nothing.  I am also having to re-enter the 10 digit phone number every time I make a call.  It makes it very inconvenient, especially when using speed dial.  Please let me know what I can do to fix this.  Thank you.

I would like to assist you if you are still having this issue. Are you showing 3G on your phone? Go to Manage Connections, Mobile Network Options, make sure Data Services is On. When you said you reset your phone, did you pull out the battery with the phone still on?
