My sound on my Curve just stopped working one day. I took it in...they couldn't figure it out. I've checked and rechecked everything! If I put it on vibrate, it notifies me of calls, emails, texts, etc. Has anyone else had this problem?
Have you tried a hard reset? Performing a hard reset will reset your Blackberry back to factory settings. I would advise you before performing a reset, make sure you back up your device with your desktop access manager. Follow these directions to reset your device:
1. In the device options, click Security Options.

5. To delete all third-party applications from your device, select the Include third-party applications check box
6. Click Continue.
7. Type blackberry.
