Regardless of your frustration you should realize that making multiple posts can be considered "spamming" and is a violation of Terms of Service of using these forums. These extra posts will be deleted. If you continue, you may be blocked from the forums all together.

Not sure how much of a legal mind you have, but the contract for this service is between Verizon and Skype mobile, not any random Wi-Fi signal you happen to be able to get. For Verizon to allow you to use this feature with a Wi-Fi signal would be a breach of contract between them and Skype.
I'm sure their sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you as well as the fact that you may actually have to use the voiceplan they provide you, but they certainly aren't about to breach a major contract to satisfy you.
