Not Solved: Am I the only bothered that BB Protect not allowed by VZW on the 150mb plan ??

That appears to be the case. Confirmed by tech support on the phone. As bad as I want the app; I refuse to upgrade to the unlimited plan  (so far anyway)>

 

Anyone write customer service and get a response ? I did they said they will take the issue to the "appropriate" department.

Actually the BB Protect is working today on my 9650. So.... Looks like VZ has responded. Thank you VZ, this is why I've remianed a loyal customer for 20 years
