Not receiving all email

My boss just got a Blackberry Tour and he says that he isn't receiving all of his email.  We use Outlook and email that he receives from certain individuals go to his Outlook but not to his phone.  Can anyone help?

Hi,

First, let me know, is the Blackberry device in question activated on a Blackberry Enterprise Server or is it on one of the regular indivdual Blackberry Internet Service (the regular one that most everyone has that is $29.99/month for the data plan).  If he is on the BES, then the email account may not be setup properly with the corporate server.  Usually one of your tech folks can do that for you.  If it is on a regular BIS plan, then simply delete the email account from the Blackberry, pull the battery, and then restart the device.  Then, set the email account back up on the device again and see if it works.  Hope this helps.
