I've had a Blackberry for a few months now & in the last few days, my Blackberry has stopped receiving emails ~ and for some reason when I try to go to the Browser or Email Settings, I get a prompt that says "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request." I've even tried to turn off/on the phone and I am still not receiving emails on my Blackberry (yes, I am receiving emails via email). Please help
Verizon tech BB support had me go into my email account on OE, on my home comp. and change the way emails are deleted from auto delete from server, to leave on server. You will need to change your setting in your phone maybe, if it has the choice for delete or to delete from handheld and server. Be careful because I did the auto delete from hand held and did not have my comp turned on for that day and I lost all the emails. So if your comp email is not open, then just leave them on the phone until you get home and turn on home comp. Now if you get some emails that you don't care about saving or reading delete them from server and handheld. Anyway try that to see if you start getting emails again.
I am having the exact same problem. Got my device, a Blackberry Curve, about a month ago now, and the internet service is down. I am also receiving the "insufficient network coverage" message. I don't think it's the problem cited before me, because I cannot get email or access Facebook and Twitter.
