Hi thanks for posting.
At this time extended ring time is not available. Below I have provided some helpful information as to how ring time is determined within our network.
· If your wireless phone is turned on, not forwarded, in a good coverage area, and does not have Voice Mail, it will ring five to seven times before the caller hears a recording that says, "The wireless customer you are calling is not answering at this time."
· If the wireless phone is turned on, set up for Voice Mail, and in a good coverage area, the wireless phone will ring four to six times before the call is forwarded to Voice Mail.
· If the wireless phone is turned off or in a poor coverage area, it will ring zero to four times before being forwarded to Voice Mail or getting the recording (in the absence of Voice Mail).
-Please dial *228 choose option 1 and make sure you do this at least every month.
Please note: Ring times may vary based on your location, coverage area, and signal strength, or when calling from landline to wireless.
Thanks.
