While trying to install a new program to my Blackberry Curve 8330 using the device manager, somehow ALL of my core BB apps have been deleted and my phone is frozen with a white screen and a detailed circle icon - I can't even turn it off unless removing the battery.
I ONLY care about accessing my organizer info but I didn't sync that info to my desktop or upload to internet. PLEASE HELP

Connect your device to your computer and open Blackberry Desktop Manager. Even if BDM does not detect your device, go through the process to try and restore your device. That might do the trick.
