Obnoxious music ( ring tone??) after all calls and text

I received a text the other day with an attachment of Marachi music ( cinco de mayo)

since then everytime after I get a call or a text the music sounds- I can not turn it off, or silence it....I erased the text but it still there-

please help its obnoxious
