On/Off E-Mail Options on Blackberry Tour

I have work e-mail setup on my Tour.  Is there a way that during the day I can stop/suspend the e-mail function on the Tour and turn it back on at night (when I'm away from work) without deleting and reentering the account?  I sit behind a desk so I see regular mail all the time and don't need it coming in to the phone during the day.

Click on the Manage Connections icon then click on Mobile Network Options, the first line says Data Services and you can change it to "OFF". This of course will turn off all your data services; email, web, IM..etc. Your calls/texts would function as normal.

That's about the only easy way to do it.
