If I had any idea that the Z10 wouldn't sync with my Outlook...
I think this is THE reason why so many of us are loyal to BB.
I am absolutely dumbfounded.
How could BB be so foolish as to alienate so much of their market.
The Z10 is not a BB anymore. I used to think that iPhone and Androids were "toys" and the BB was a tool.
Well, BB just released a toy.
So incredibly disappointed.
Rather than playing to their strength, they became smartphone lemmings.
BB really fooled me on the Z10 purchase too. I want a business data tool and without a calendar sync this phone is useless. Hopefully I can return it.
It has taken me a year to figure out how the BB Z10 syncs with Outlook. Very simple. When you enter calendar information you need to be in the calendar that set to link with Blackberry Link and not your local calendar. When you set up Blackberry link with your computer it creates a new calendar. If you have BB Link on more that one computer it will create a calendar for each. Hopefully this will help if you have not returned your phone.
