PROBLEMS WITH CONTACTS AFTER UPGRADE

Since I upgraded to 5.0 on my Tour, I cannot search my contacts by putting in the first letter of their name anymore.  It automatically tries to create a new contact.

HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

I'm having the same issues as well with my contacts list, it's entirely empty except for the option to create a new contact.

However, when I examine my call log, the contacts I have made recent calls to are listed there with their name, business, and numbers, and when i view the contact from the call log I'm able to view all their information.

I just cannot access anything from my contacts list b/c it is empty.  It seems my contacts list is still on my phone somewhere, but I cannot access it.

Help!

Hi,

Your contacts list is probably filtered.  Go to Contacts, press the Menu key and select Filter.  Make sure that none of the Filters have a check mark beside them.  Then your list should appear.
