Paint chipped on my 'E' key. Warranty?

Does anyone know if warranty covers this and if its free because its defective?

Hi,

That is a good question, and only one that can best be answered by customer service.  I would give them a call at *611 from your Verizon wireless device and ask.  If you do find out one way or the other, let us know here in this thread.  Thanks.

I'm having the same issue with the "E"  key. How did you make out?

If you are still within your 30 day warranty, the device can be replaced if the paint is chipping.  Hope this helps!
