Need to see if there is a fix for pairing my BB Tour 9630 with my newly purchase 2011 Kia Sportage. It will pair the first time but once I get out of the car and back 95% of the time it will not pair and tells me over and over and over again "pairing failed". The only way to end this is to turn my car off and turn off the bluetooth on my phone. Kia told me that it was more than likely a security issue with the phone. Help?
Unfortunately we do not have any information to provide you with. Verizon Wireless only supports the handset hardware configuration when pairing with accessories purchased through Verizon Wireless. Any support for non-Verizon Wireless accessories (car kits, etc.) should be obtained through the vendor or manufacturer.
