When using the phone, my screen now goes blank after a few seconds. One person suggested it was so you cannot hit the speaker or mute button by accident. However, I cannot delete messages or anything as my screen does not come back when you touvh the screen or a button. I cannot go to mute ot push for the speaker. How can I fix this?
Also I several programs such as VLINGO that no longer work.
