Please help- Can't find an app on my Tour

Hey Guys,

  I just downloaded the new BB App world and now cant find it.   I've deleted it, reloeaded it and still nothing.  I've rebooted also and nothing.

I've looked in my downloads folder too.  NOTHING.

But, when I went to my Options icon then went to Advanced Options > Applications the app world was there.  What am I missing????

Its not hidden either (or at least I don't think so) because I unhide everything.

the SAME EXACT thing happened to me... after i tried to upgrade to the new version it is totally gone from my phone. i always tried to the same things you did with no success

Hi.  I am sorry you are having issues installing the BB App World.  I will be happy to look into this for you to see what is going on.   I do have a couple of questions before I can see exactly what is going on.

Does this happen when you download any other applications?

What is your blackberry software version number?  (you can find that by going to Options-About)

Kimbery - I am having this same problem.  in answer to your questions - no this does not happen with other apps.  And I am running v5.0.0.591
