Problem when sending E-mail

I am in some fantasy sports leagues and whenever another member of the league updates his profile or makes some sort of transaction it sends an e-mail out to everyone in the entire league by default. You can have this tuned off, but I actually like this feature.

The problem is when I try to reply to everyone from my Blackberry, there is always a bunch of nonsense text in the e-mail I send. Before the actual words I write, the other members of the league will always see something like this :

07: 20:33 2010
Received: from {edited for privacy} for <our league's email address which sends an email to everyone in the league>; Sat, 13 Feb 2010 07:20:33

I changed all the personal info and noted what it was in parenthesis.

Also at the top, instead of saying from my e-mail address, it says:

From: mail <{edited for privacy}>

Anyone have any clues how to fix any of this?
