Just got a Blackberry (curve), and we are having the following problem - When email is registered on Blackberry, we cannot log in from a PC. If we delete the account on the Blackberry, then we can log in again, but must call charter support to reset the password. Charter says they are looking into it, but thought I would see if there was a problem with the way I set the Blackberry up?
Any other problems like this reported with Charter? Yahoo and my work email do not have this problem.
