I got my Blackberry Storm to finally turn on the other day, but am now experiencing a new problem. When I try and use the browser I get a message stating, "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later." I've been getting this message since last night.
Does this mean there is a problem with Verizon's network or is it a phone problem? Is anyone else in the Augusta/Thomson, GA area having a similar problem?
I would call the cust. service number 800-922-0204 and follow the prompts until you get to tech, and then say Blackberry. You must call from some other phone than the one you are calling about. I am sure they can fix it for you.
Try a battery pull. Remove the back cover and remove the battery then reinsert it. This will reboot your device and hopefully fix your problem.
