Can anyone help with an e-mail issue on a Blackberry 9530? My phone stopped receiving e-mail on 5-28-10 although I hadn't made any changes to settings. I think I read a note on the web that RIM was having issues but I thought it would be resolved by now. Help!
Try to resend your service books. Go to Email Settings and press the Menu Key. In the menu, select Service Books and press Resend Service Books. After that, you should receive updated service books and you can try to test your email. Let me know what happens.
