Problems viewing recorded videos

hey guys i recently started having a problem......when i record a video using my storm, i am unable to view it....keep getting error message "The media being played is of an unsupported format." Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve this issue.....i think it's kinda dumb that you would be able to record videos but not be able to view them......and yes i have done numerous battery pulls and nothing has changed.

This was a common problem before the latest OS upgrade. Have you updated to 4.7.0.148 ?

yep....i had to return my original storm and received a new one post update...so i'm running on .148

the instructions on the link do not work.....they pretty much tell you how to play a video....that does not change anything......thanks anyways
