I can neither receive or make calls from within the four walls of my house, but have to go outside. I do not have this problem with the phone anywhere else. Other phones in the house--landline or cell--work fine. I was on the phone with a Verizon tech guy for a long time today who said I needed an "enhancement." He then put me on hold, which was endless, so I finally hung up. I wasted an afternoon! Please help me.
That's certainly a big issue, and is strange only your phone is having this trouble. We certainly want to help ensure you're phone is working properly. How long has this been going on?
