I am on my second Q10. It is absolutely horrible about maintaining its "synch" with gmail and verizon email. I have not had internet service 95% of the time.
I am currently in Greece, and the local network is Vodafone GR. I am unable to connect to the internet unless a wireless "hot spot" is activated. And, when I do this, I incur data roaming charges. This phone is really the worst. I have tried everything, and in three days have incurred $50 in data roaming charges. A friend suggested purchasing a sim card here, and I did from Cosmote. However, their sim card will not work with Blackberry so I cannot connect through any wireless location. Any suggestions? My case has been elevated within Blackberry, but they have not been helpful at all.
