I just got FIOS TV setup with an HD DVR. I have a Blackberry Tour and want the remote DVR app.. however when I try to downoad it in BB App World, there's no button for Download. What gives??

Your best bet would be to call support and see if you can get your issue routed to the appropriate group supporting the app development.
