Remote Desktop into Tethered Laptop

I have my laptop successfully tethered to my BlackBerry 8330.  I can surf the web, and have even been able to VPN into our office and connect to my Desktop using Remote Desktop.  What I want to be able to do is Remote Desktop to my tethered Laptop.  I have a feeling this is not possible due to ports (3389) being blocked which I don't think I can do anything about.

 

Has anyone been able to do what I'm trying to accomplish?

 

Any help will be appreciated
