I'm on my third storm and now this one is starting to give me problems it will turn off and then turn back on and now it has a snow on the screen just like a TV I did take the battery out and replaced it and that seem to help but for how long I don't know

Whats Verizon replacement Policy on there phones. I was wondering if they have some kind of policy after they send you so many replacement phones. Will they change the phone out for another one besides the storm. Thanks for the help

Not sure if you are in your 30 days, but even if after and they see you returned so many times they will change the device if your push with out too much trouble. That has happend to me with the first chocolate.

Ok thanks I think im going to switch to a family paln and let my wife have my storm and im thinking on getting the Tour havent desided just yet I did talk to verizon and they said that  I could do a hard wipe on the storm and that should take care of my problem but the only replacemetn they said they would send would be another storm.  So I think I will just switch over to a familyplan

There is a 1 year warranty. Did you update the software in it? :smileyhappy:
