Retrieve Ringtones/Ringback to Blackberry

I just recently had my Storm replaced for the "x" time and I'm trying to retrieve the Ring Tone I purchased with the previous phone... It wouldn't transfer with the Desktop Manager.... The media still shows up and my media retrieval through Verizon but I can not retrieve anything...Any solutions?

Welcome to the forums. Media Retrival through Verizon will not work with Blackberrys, you have download the ringtone from Verizon again directly to Storm. You mentioned replaced Storm for the "x" time (warranty?), call customer sevice and maybe get credit. As for ringtones, set it so media get save to Media Card, so if get problems, just switch Media cards.
