I'm in desperate need of help. My best friend died in March. I'd saved (archived) a voice mail message from her and, just this morning, accidently deleted it - after which the connection to voice mail was lost. So, now the message is gone. Is there any way - at all - to get that message back? It was the only voice mail message i had from her and i'm devastated that i was so **bleep** to have hit "7" instead of "9" and continued to archive it.
Hi. I do want to start off by saying I am sorry for your loss. When you delete a voicemail from the archived message menu, there is no way to get it back. We do not keep the voicemails stored anywhere else.
