Rhapsody issues

I have just downloaded Rhapsody, am logged on, my device is connected to my laptop yet my phone does not show up in the source box so I can't drop and drag any tunes to my phone. Any thoughts?

Not using Tour, but is Mass Storage Mode enabled on your phone? Did you download Rhapsody with Desktop Manager, or seprately?:smileysurprised:
