I was recently issued another Blackberry Tour because they couldn't fix my old one. I have a couple of personal ringtones downloaded that I transferred to the new unit. Now when I make a phone call or complete one, or even when I receive an e-mail alert, one particular ringtone starts playing and it can't be cut off. I can't figure out how to stop that feature. I never had this happen on my old BB. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried under options, ringtones, etc., and I just don't see anything that would help me.

Pulling the battery is the only way stop it. It'll work normal for a while and then happen again. Known issue with the 5.0 software upgrade.
Thanks for the info. I pulled the battery, and it seems to be working right now. I also followed up on the "search" and have some other advice to use if that doesn't solve the problem.
