Has anyone experienced a hung blackberry (Tour in my case) with "Organizing Call Logs" on the screen? I can cycle between the running applications, but the message never disappears. Taking the battery out and restarting it fixed the problem, but it has happened several times now.

It sounds like a memory problem. How often do you pull your battery to refresh your device's memory? I perform a battery pull daily to keep my Tour running smoothly.
