Receiving email but can't connect to internet; receiving timeout error message over 2 hours now. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

There was an issue reported from Blackberry on February 26, 2011, which caused connection problems to the internet via your Blackberry device. This issue has currently been resolved.
Your phone will need to be reset by removing the battery for 30-seconds. You will also want to update your phone to the network by:
1) Dialing *228 on your device
2) Listen to the options, and choose Option #2.
3) The process will take one minute, press OK once the programming is complete.
--Your phone may power off and on.

I would suggest doing a battery pull and see if that fixes the issue. It sounds werid that you can use some data services but not all. What kind of coverage area are you in right now?
Do a *228 option 2 (updates your prl and makes sure you are using the best towers for your service)
try those things first also check for any software updates
I am having the same problem - I did a battery pull and also updated the roaming capabilities as well - Must be a problem with BB. I am receiving emails as well. but no internet access or app functions
Appreciate suggestions, already had tried them. First time, I could get email but not internet; hoping it gets fixed in the near term. Don't think it's my phone.
It is not your phone - another forum states that it seems to be issue with BB network - out in SC, GA, and PA so far

Having the same issues as everyone else . Can get emails and make calls but no internet connection. Same on two Blackberry phones.
Mine took a long time to connect to web site, but it did connect, so Texas is working.
