Is there an explanation for all the service book entries I see in my BB Pearl Flip? I notice that some icons on my phone cannot be removed unless I delete the corresponding service book entry, e.g., Google Talk and others. If it's all the same to the operation of my phone, I would rather delete these icons than hide them, but I don't want to delete any service book entries that will cause problems if removed.
Thanks

That is definitely wise advice. However, i would still like to know what all the items in the service book are. I am just curious as to what Verizon parks on my phone when the service book is sent.
Thanks for the answer.
