Hi, all,

Here in the forums, a lot of users of smartphones such as the Blackberry have common questions.  For example, how to update software, how to enable Java support, how to set up email, etc.  A lot of these questions are asked sometimes here in the forums on an almost daily basis, especially from new Blackberry users who have never used a smartphone. 

Verizon Wireless created an interactive Smartphone Resource Center that guides a user through an introduction to smartphones and helps the user make informed decisions regarding a particular smartphone.  I found that the Resource Center answers many questions and even gives a interactive simulator for various smartphones.  If you are a Blackberry, or other smartphone user, and have not checked out the Smartphone Resource Center, browse on over and check it out.  It's worth a few minutes of time.
