Verizon TV commercial says they don't want to be 2nd best, well they are in last place for phone OS updates. This is the worst i have seen as a costumer. I'm regreting staying with this slow #$% company. When is the new OS coming?

Mnrdtl, this is definitely not how we want you to feel. It is never our intentions of not pushing a software update to a phone. When released to fit the specifications of our network software updates are made available and pushed to the phones. At this time the last software update that was released for the phone was in June of this year. The current software is AAF055. Is that your current software version? Mnrdtl, we want your phone to work to the best of it's ability. Software updates should always improve your phone, but as we have seen they sometimes cause damage. We thoroughly test software before administrating them, and there is no guarantee that every update will be available.
