Storm 1 5.0 upgrade problem with Voice Dialer

Has anyone else had a problem with the 5.0 upgrade causing voice dialer to error 80% of the time?

Also, who do we complain to.  I went to Blackberry they say Verizon will fix it. 

I reverted back to 4.7 since it worked good but was slower on other things.

HI, I have the same problem, so does other people, who have BlackBerry Storm 1. I don't know if they will fix the problem, so i purchased this software from Handango, Called "Vlingo Everywhere".
