Storm 2 Option to hide applications while in lock mode

Does anyone know how to set my applications to disappear while in lock mode?  currently if I lock my storm 2 the two rows of applications still appear on the home screen instead of my wall paper.  I was able to set this on my storm 1, yet I can't seem to find where I can set this up in the menu.

Try this: Menu>Settings>Theme. You should then see an option.
