Hello Storm 2 Users - I'm hearing bad volume quality thru the handset earpiece. The caller's sound muffled and almost robotic in nature. Has anyone else seen this?

Return for a new unit to VZW corp. store.
Yes, I had the same problem but on the other end. People could not hear me correctly, sounded like I was talking thru mud is how it was described to me. I got a full new replacement and store transferred everything on my phone to new phone and set up emails again for me. The only thing they would pay for or give me was my screen protector. I think they should have given me a new pack of them.
Ok will do - I thought I was the only one - love the phone however I can't deal with the volume quality
