I am one of the few that this has probably happened to. All I get on my screen is : Enter"blackberry" to continue and a type in screen below that. Please Help. I don't have a home phone and can't call to get help with this problem.

It sounds like you are about to wipe the device clean. Did you forget your password? At this point, you are about to lose any contact information and/or calendar entries. If you have a recent backup on your computer, then you can restore your device.
