Storm 2 not happy

Purchased my storm in October of 2010, had it replaced twice do to software issue now I have removed and reinstalled my desktop manager 3 times now, it will not let me register new phone, because it will no longer work with OUTLOOK.  The phone will still not connect with my Verizon account.  I do no longer wish to use blackberry I think the product SUCKS EGGS, Verizon will not replace this junk with another phone  (with something other than a rebuilt storn strange I purchased a new phone and get a rebuilt replacement when there product failed ) even though I have the replacement plan.  I think 5 month of working with this junk was more than fare on my part.  What’s up VERIZON why do you not support your product?  Verizon did offer to allow me to purchase a new phone but will not refund me the cost of this storm.

oh my storm 2 which i had the two of them a week or so mine locked up and froze and i pressed the touch screen trying to get unlocked and the **bleep** thing cracked and verizon said they coudlnt do anything due i didnt have insurance and the screen was cracked....well number one they say you have 30 days to add insurance on the **bleep** thing but hadnt got around to that yet was still learning how to use the locked up thing...and the screen cracked which only tells me that the used storms they sent me one the one I was using had a issues from the beginning....and verizon is such a honest company they said was nothing they could do for me their new customer and his two year contract with a broke **bleep** phone...and the other phone my wife uses the battery wont stay charged and also locks up too.

 Just an informative point here. You can get a replacement screen for the storm 1 or 2 from Amazon for under $60. Do not buy tools, as they come with them. There is a u-tube video also that shows how easy it is to replace the screen. If you can work a screw driver and follow directions it will be easy. Make sure you do not over tighten screws just a snug fit when you put it back together.
