I currently have a Storm 2 that has been giving me problems, the store has downgraded the software and that seemed to fix the problem for a day. Now its started back up with media player problems. The store says they will replace it, I have insurance. My question is that when they replace it can I ask for a different phone and pay the difference, or am I stuck with another Storm?

Warranty will just give you a refurbished Storm 2. That is the policy warranty usually always sticks to.
