Is it possible to adjust the number of rings or the amount of time that passes before the call is transferred to my voicemail? Thanks!

Does this mean there is no way to adjust the time or number of rings before the voicemail picks up? Or that there is an easy answer right in front of my face and I really do need to find and clean my reading glasses?

Hi,
From what I understand, no, there is no way the user can change the default number of rings before an incoming caller is transferred to the voicemail. This is set by the carrier.

Does anyone know if Verizon can adjust this? Either in-store (which I really don't wnat to do this time of year ) or via phone?

Hi,
No, the number of rings before sending a call to voicemail can not be altered in-store or by phone. This is set in their software for the voicemail. Sorry.

I always thought that you can can call customer care & ask to have the number of rings extended or shortened.
