Storm 9530 issues

I've been having some problems with my BB Storm for a while now. When I charge my phone the suretouch screen will not work. My little hourglass is on constantly and that means I can't answer calls or call anyone. My calls are delayed. I have stopped using all of my APPs because I don't want to miss all of my calls. Any suggestions?

Pull your battery for 5 minutes and restart phone.

If this fixes it Kudos would be appreciated.

I usually pull my battery at least 7 times a day. I have to do it when I get it off the charger. In order to call people back because I can't answer them. So the battery pull is constantly being pulled out. Thanks anyways!

This may be a silly question... but do you have any third party themes?  I have a 9530 as well and for someone reason it does not like them...or atleast more than one at a time.. I know this sucks but it sounds like your phone is lossing memory.. you may have to back up all your contacts on your desk top manager.. texts and such and then do a phone "wipe" ... this should clear it out for a little while atleast.. but yu will come to find my friend that it is a constant problem with our phone... my suggestion is to get away from it soon as you can.. I know I am.. I hope this works for you if you dont know how to do a phone wip hit me up and I will walk you through it.. take care

Is this a new issue? Or have you had this problem since upgrading to 5.0, if so the device probably was not wiped completely to a 507 error. (No OS found) before the new installation. This is the number one reason for problems.

. Sorry for your bad experience with these wonderful smartphones..Listen they are not all the same only becuase you had bad phones Or your one of your apps is doing this? I have themes, third party apps about like 20, My smartphone Does not Ever freeze or lock. I did have this incident were I got this app error that I knew it was from Pandora, and quick pull beta in which I should of done a Safe Mode to delete apps, did wipe in which of course fixes issues but its always better to try Safe Mode first. I have to say since then I had no new errors, This is the second phone , first phone I only had camera problems back in June. Since I have this storm app error was the only case I had a month ago. That's it My storm runs smooth since then, I reboot every week that's only cuas I have it set to, could go longer and it still runs the same So no issues here..!!!
