Storm 9530 phone keypad doesn't work

Hi, the phone keypad no longer works. Only the zero will activate. Hitting any other number gives no response. If I'm on a call and want to activate the pad to key in a password, for example, the display is funny, it's all off-center and the number characters don't show up. I've done a battery pull twice. I can receive calls and make calls using contacts, but cannot dial a number. Any ideas? Thanks!!

What OS are you running? This is a problem that shows up under certain OS's.

hit send_ menu_ voicemail_menu_enable reduced keyboard_back and save and fixed
