Storm Calendar Sync Problem

My 9530 persists in deleting old appointments both on the device and in Outlook 2010 when syncing.  I have the device setting for keeping calendar appointments at "forever,"  and I'm on the 5.0 desktop operating system.

Hi,

Did you also tell Blackberry Desktop Software to keep all old appointments? You have to set that up when you configure the sync settings between Outlook and your device. Hope that helps.

Thanks very much.  How do you set that?  I've gone back to reconfigure settings several times, clicking on the advanced options, and have not found a command or choice on the desktop software.
