I recently sold my Blackberry Storm. I used it for work and it had the Enterprise Server on it. Before I sold it I "wiped it". The person I sold it to says it is asking for a password. Is this the password that I used previously? If not is there an initial password that is used?
Thanks
I looked in the manuals to make sure before answering but it looks like by default, there is no password given so if it's asking for one, it's probably referring to the one you set up for Enterprise. That is also assuming that you did all of the setup of your BlackBerry and didn't have any of the IT folks at your work do it for you. When I set up phones for the folks at work, I always give them a password to prevent theft of proprietary information.
