Storm - Radio Turned Off

I have Storm and use the auto on/off functions.  Some (most) days radio is off when phone turns on in the morning.  I don't use the bedside settings and "turn radio off" is set to "no" anyway.  Does not appear to be correlated with the charge level of  the battery.  Any thoughts on other settings or issues that might cause this, or any potential fixes?

Have you updated you blackberry to the newest verison.

 

To Update your BB plug your BB Storm into your computer and visit (using IE 5.5 or newer, does not work using firefox, or mac safari)

 

blackberry.com/storm/update 

 

And click check for updates.

 

You can also start desktop manager and click on the check for updates button.

 

I got this soultion by call verizon tech support. If this problem still exists after update please contact tech support at 800-922-0204
