I am a novice Storm and BlackBerry user (4 days). I am having trouble hearing messages and commands out of my Storm when I do not engage the speakerphone. When calling I notice the volume indicator at the right side of the screen is in the maximum position. Is there another method or way to crank it up as I can barely hear anything unless the room is silent and I stick my ear to the phone.
Secondly, after selecting some favorite websites in my browser is there a quick way to move them directly onto my homepage for easy reference? Thank you.
